  • Don’t do complex tasks at night that require your will power to get them done. Because if you are doing this, your willpower will deplete making the chocolate look even better and harder to resist.
  • Drink a liquorice tea to take a bite off the edge, build your willpower muscle and over the next few weeks it is going to become so much easier.
