When you’re in a caloric deficit by nature you may not be consuming the types of foods or nutrients that you would be having when you are in a caloric surplus.
We often have to eliminate certain foods, but we can look at supplement them with a few things to make up that difference.
In this blog I cover a few super foods or drinks that you may like to start adding into your own diet.
It is utilised as a metabolic booster or as a natural detox of the body and all it’s toxins aiding in weight loss. I will always drink it in the morning to set a high metabolic state for the day or if i’m feeling sloppy after a meal and especially if I eat a naughty dinner! It helps my body’s digestive system and lower bad cholesterol. I will drink a caffeinated one in the morning and a decaffeinated one if I consume one at night. Something i swear by to get you feeling on top again!
I drink a cap of this every morning and it provides me with the essential vitamins and minerals i need for cardiovascular, muscular and neural health. I use it as a cleanser and i find it helps curve my cravings. Perfect for people who don’t consume enough healthy leafy green vegetables!!!!!!
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
I also consume two tablespoons of this in warm water before i start my day. It is also used as a natural cleanser. Personally i find it helps circulates my blood and once again after i eat naughty food i’ll have it before bed and it aids in digestion so I don’t wake up feeling sluggish. This is something very beneficial for diabetics.
Perfect snack! Pretty much a nutritional powerhouse; small berries but packed to the brim with health benefits. Especially for those with a sweet tooth as they rise sugar levels more slowly than other fruits. They are the most nutritionally dense fruit on earth. High in antioxidants, vitamin C and fibre (digestion)
Once you add this to your diet, it will become a staple! Something you will rave about to everyone. If you ask any health freak, they will most likely tell you about this first. Not common with everyday people but it is with someone who is serious about their health. Beneficial to people struggling with gut health or those with a high protein diet as a high protein diet can most likely affect your gut health as too much of anything can be unhealthy. It is full of healthy bacteria! The enzymes will help you absorb and digest nutrients in your food.
