This is our ultimate program. This program is set up to maximize fat burning through lean muscle building. Let’s be honest here, everyone needs to lift weights in order to change their body. This means less jiggly bits, more firmer bits and depending on your goals either weight loss or muscle gain.
The sessions are programmed to suit individual needs and our highly skilled trainers will push you to your goals and beyond. You also get individualised nutritional framework, a personal coach to make sure you get the results you deserve, periodic assessments of body composition, strength and movement patterns. If you want results that last, then this is the training for you.
CHANGE YOUR BODY COMPOSITION WITH SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our strength training programs start with our Semi-Private training. This is a small group personal training service that allows for personalisation whilst ensuring that you are getting the most out of your session.
Whether you are new to weights or an experienced gym-goer, these sessions cater for all fitness levels as we look to increase your mobility, flexibility whilst also hitting your goals.
LOSE FAT FAST WITH THE INFAMOUS RBT BOOT CAMP!
Our fat burning group personal training sessions are not like any ordinary bootcamp. These sessions combine the cardio aspect of outdoor training with the strength component of a gym session.
Inside these sessions expect to be pushed to your personal best to achieve the very best of results. You will achieve increased muscle tone, decreased body fat and increased fitness levels and if that’s not good enough, we even provide you with our RBT nutrition plan filled with fat burning foods.
We even have a custom designed astro-turf area in our facility to be able to provide you with year round kick butt sessions rain, hail or shine!
1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
PERSONAL TRAINING AN INDIVIDUAL LEVEL!
Besides our classes we do also offer 1:1 personal training. These session are completely individualized based on your goals and needs. This time is yours, it is a time when we can give you that extra attention that you wouldn’t get in a class. These sessions are highly customizable to suit your health and fitness requirements.
