That’s why at RBT we want to empower you to make the right decisions when it comes to food. We follow the mantra of flexible dieting, and eating to fit your macros. What are Macros? If you are unable to physically attend an RBT facility we do offer an online program where you are still coached by us but simply do the training component either at home or at your closest gym. Our online program covers your specific nutrition and training while supporting you via a membership site, emails and a Facebook group that keeps you accountable. We have a catalogue of training and nutrition videos to support you along the way as well as a weekly call from one of our coaches to make sure that you are hitting your goals.
